Macallister Publishers provides a range of professional publishing services including but not limited to book publishing, book cover design, book editing, book proofreading, ghostwriting, book marketing, eBook publishing, audiobook publishing, children's book publishing, poetry publishing, novel publishing, and author website design. All services are subject to availability and may be modified or discontinued at any time without prior notice.
By engaging our services, you agree to:
● Provide accurate and complete information regarding your project.
● Supply all necessary materials, content, and feedback in a timely manner.
● Ensure that any content submitted to Macallister Publishers does not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of any third party.
● Communicate openly and promptly throughout the duration of your project.
● Review and approve all deliverables within the agreed timeframe.
● All payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways including Stripe, PayPal, Authorize.Net, and Square.
● Macallister Publishers does not store, access, or handle your payment card details at any point.
● Payments are due as outlined in your project agreement or invoice.
● Work will commence upon receipt of the agreed deposit or full payment, depending on the service package selected.
● All prices are listed in US Dollars and are subject to change without prior notice.
● Refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis depending on the stage of the project.
● Once work has commenced on your project, refunds may be partial or unavailable depending on the amount of work completed.
● Deposits are generally non-refundable once the project has begun.
● If Macallister Publishers is unable to deliver the agreed services, a full or partial refund will be issued at our discretion.
● To request a refund, please contact us directly at our official email address.
● The number of revisions included in your project will be outlined in your service agreement.
● Additional revisions beyond the agreed limit may be subject to additional charges.
● Final approval of all deliverables is the responsibility of the client.
● Once a deliverable has been approved by the client, Macallister Publishers bears no responsibility for any subsequent changes requested.
● Upon receipt of full and final payment, all intellectual property rights for the completed work are transferred to the client.
● Macallister Publishers retains no ownership over your manuscript, cover design, website, or any other deliverable once full payment has been received.
● Macallister Publishers reserves the right to display completed work in its portfolio unless the client requests otherwise in writing.
● Any content submitted by the client remains the sole property of the client.
Macallister Publishers treats all client information and project details with the utmost confidentiality. We do not share, sell, or disclose your personal information or project details to any third party without your explicit consent, except where required by law or necessary to deliver our services.
● Estimated turnaround times are provided as a guide only and are not guaranteed.
● Delays caused by the client — including late submission of materials or delayed approvals — may affect project timelines.
● Macallister Publishers will make every reasonable effort to deliver projects within the agreed timeframe and will communicate any delays promptly.
Macallister Publishers shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability to any client shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question. We make no guarantees regarding book sales, marketing results, or publishing outcomes.
Macallister Publishers works with trusted third-party providers to deliver our services, including Google Analytics, Tawk.To, and various payment gateways. We are not responsible for the actions, policies, or performance of any third-party service providers. Use of third-party services is subject to their own terms and conditions.
● All content submitted to Macallister Publishers must be original and must not infringe upon the copyright or intellectual property of any third party.
● Macallister Publishers reserves the right to refuse or terminate any project if submitted content is found to be plagiarized or in violation of copyright law.
● The client assumes full legal responsibility for any copyright infringement arising from content they submit.
Macallister Publishers reserves the right to terminate any project or client relationship at its discretion if:
● The client violates any of these Terms & Conditions.
● The client engages in abusive, threatening, or inappropriate behavior toward our team.
● The submitted content violates copyright law or contains illegal material.
● In the event of termination, any payments made for work already completed are non-refundable.
Macallister Publishers reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our website or services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States of America. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United States.
